Srinagar, Aug 18 : Airport Authority of India here in Kashmir capital Srinagar in collaboration with Central Reserve Police Force have been organizing a cricket tourney in which 12 teams of Airport agencies are taking part.
The cricket tourney was kicked off by Director Airport Authority of India, Srinagar Mr Sharad Kumar.
All the matches will be played in the premises of Srinagar International Airport.
“These teams have been divided into 4 groups and 2 teams will advance from each group into the quarter finals. The winning team will be awarded handsomely,” said Dipankar Nagar, the Assistant Commandant of 35 Battalion CRPF adding that the tournament started from Aug 17 and will conclude at the end of this month.
