For the smooth conduct of voting after the successful culmination of maiden DDC elections in the district,the DPEO Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode hold meeting of all ROs, AROs, Police officers and other officers/officials officials/ stakeholders ahead of counting of votes for DDC election 2020 here at Conference hall of DC office Doda.
The meeting was attended by SSP Doda, all RO’s,ACR Doda, Dy. DEO, SP Headquarters Doda, SP operations Doda, AROs, Nodal officers and other officials of election department.
The DPEO directed the ROs to gear up, be motivated and lead the hall/ counting process to make the Conduct of counting of votes in transparent
manner.
He also directed them to follow the guidelines of ECI in letter and spirit to avoid any misconception during the counting process.
He informed the meeting that there shall be section 144 enforced in the entire district and gathering of people shall not be allowed to maintain law and order in the district on 22nd and 23rd of December.
Also the entry of public and vehicles from the adjoining areas of the town and other areas in the town shall not be allowed on 22nd of December except persons/ vehicles having medical or any other unavoidable emergency.
