Srinagar, January 1,2026: Party President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday felicitated Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Chowdhary Mohammed Ramzan on his designation as the Additional General Secretary of the party at a function held at Nawa-i-Subh.
Congratulating him on assuming the new responsibility, Dr Abdullah expressed confidence that Chowdhary Mohammed Ramzan’s vast political experience and unwavering commitment would further strengthen the party. He lauded Ramzan for consistently raising public issues and for his steadfast adherence to democratic values.
Dr Abdullah expressed hope that the newly appointed Additional General Secretary would play a significant role in reinforcing the party’s organisational framework and grassroots outreach.
