National Conference President, Dr Farooq Abdullah and NC working President Mr. Omar Abdullah on Wednesdayexpressed grief over the demise of former GMC Principal Dr Syed Naseer Ahmad Shah and prayed for peace to the departed soul. Expressing solidarity with his family in this moment of grief, the NC President expressed his heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family.
NC Working President Mr Omar Abdullah described Dr Shah as an icon in states health sector whose contribution in health and other allied fields remains unparalleled. He later participated in his funeral prayers at Nishat Srinagar.
NC General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar, NC Additional General Secretary Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, NC Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani have also expressed grief over the demise of Dr Naseer Shah and have prayed for peace to the departed soul.
