Dr. Mir Waqas Alam, a scientist from LOC Karnah, has been named among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University. This recognition highlights his work in nanotechnology, where his research focuses on sustainable technology and advanced materials.

Commenting on the achievement, Dr. Alam said, “I am honored to be recognized among Stanford’s top 2% scientists globally. This acknowledgment reflects my dedication to the field of nanotechnology, where science and innovation at the nanoscale lead to impactful solutions.”

He thanked his colleagues, students, and mentors for their support, stating that their combined efforts are advancing the potential of materials at the nanoscale and contributing to future technologies.

Dr. Alam’s achievement is a significant milestone, particularly for his home region of LOC Karnah said his cousin Ubaid ayoub.
