SRINAGAR, Aug 9: Abdul Rashid Shah father of Dr Syed Abid Rashid Shah IAS, passed away today after a brief spell of illness. His Namaz Janaza was offered at 9:30 am today ( Aug 9 Wed) Kashmir Pen Editor-in-Chief Mushtaq Bala and the editorial staff of the weekly have expressed condolences with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
