Duo arrested with 60 bottles of liquor in South Kashmir’s Anantnag

Police arrested duo after recovering over 60 bottles of liquor from their two vehicles in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

Police sources told news agency that during a naka checking at Khanabal Chowk, police intercepted two vehicles, a Santro (JK03B-3681) and Grand I-10 (JK03B-0898) and during searches recovered 60 bottles of liquor from these two vehicles.

The drivers of both these vehicles were arrested and a formal case registered against them.

Police sources identified the duo as Arshid Ahmad Ganie a resident of Pethbugh Anantnag and Majid Ahmad Dar of Munawara Anantnag. (KNT)
