Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh today emphasized the pivotal role of skill development and entrepreneurship in empowering women.
He was speaking at the valedictory function of the beauty parlour management training programme organised Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RESTI).Singh commended the Rural Self Employment Training Institute for its efforts in organising valuable training programs, highlighting the significance of such initiatives in fostering economic self-reliance among women. He stressed the importance of utilizing newly acquired skills to either establish their own businesses or secure employment opportunities within the beauty and wellness industry.During the event, Deputy Commissioner Singh personally distributed certificates to the successful graduates, applauding their dedication and hard work throughout the training program.
