Re:- Extension of Due date of GST Annual Returns F.Y. 2018-19 and 2019-20, and Income Tax Return & Tax Audits for A.Y. 2020-21 and compliance of Notices .
With reference to above It is respectfully submitted that due to Covid19 pandemic the dealers and tax payers are not in a position to consult, visit and meet their Chartered Accountants, Tax Advocates and Tax consultants hence it is not possible for them to compliance the formalities of Tax Audits, GST Annual returns and reply the notices issued by the department. It is a risk of health now to comply these procedures which practically have no substantial revenue effects.
Madam, previously also you were kind enough to extend these dates considering the current situation of Covid-19 but unfortunately the situation is not improved yet hence we all should be careful about the health of our clients and staff.
It is therefore requested to please extend all the above-mentioned dates to 31st March 2021 and oblige. ( Tax Guru )
