FFC ordered Pvt schools not to charge admission fee from students

Srinagar, Nov 14: The Jammu and Kashmir Committee for Fixation and Regulation of fee of Private Schools on Saturday ordered private school management not to collect the admission fee from the guardians of the students.

ADVERTISEMENT

According to the order of Fee Fixation Committee, a copy of which lies with all the management and owners of the private schools are restrained from collecting admission fees from the guardian of the children at the time of admission in their respective schools.

The order further states that if any private school has collected the admission fee shall be paid back to the concerned guardian.

It also reads that the guardians who have paid admission fee are at liberty to provide information to the Administrative officer Fee Fixation Committee in person or through email—
