Fire breaks out in residential house in Karanagar, Srinagar

A massive fire broke out in a four-story residential house in Karanagar, Srinagar, on Sunday evening, with flames engulfing the 3rd and 4th floors of the building.

As per the Officials, the distress call was received at 6:28 PM, and fire teams were dispatched immediately, reaching the site at 6:29 PM. Firefighters from the Fire & Emergency Services Headquarters are currently on the scene, working tirelessly to contain the blaze and prevent further damage to the surrounding area.

Authorities have urged residents to stay away from the affected zone to allow emergency responders to carry out their operations efficiently.

No reports of casualties or injuries have been confirmed yet, and the cause of the fire remains unknown.
