Srinagar, Oct 28 : Whole first week of November is likely to remain overcast with possibility of rain and snow. 

An official of MeT told Kashmir Pen that as per today’s conditions, whole 1st week of Nov. Starting 1st Nov. weather most likely to remain overcast to cloudy with possibility of Light to Moderate Rain/Snowfall over middle and higher reaches of J&K at scattered places of J&K (forecast confidence >75%) . 

He said that during above period there will be drastic fall in day temperature and days will be colder

He said that Pahalgam recorded lowest temp. In J&K.

Farmers are advised to Harvest their agriculture produces, fruits etc. Which are prone to snowfall & low temp, he said.
