Five policemen were injured today in an accident on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, the police said here.
A police vehicle, on way from here to Kulgam in south Kashmir for special duty, overturned on the highway near an Army camp in Awantipora area of the district, a police official said.

He said five policemen were injured in the accident which also left the vehicle damaged.
The injured policemen have been shifted to sub-district hospital Pampore for treatment, the official said.
