A family from South Kashmir’s Pulwama district Monday alleged that forces manhandled and thrashed them in the middle of the night around 10:00 Am and even didn’t spare the girls and women of the household.
The father of Militant Adil ahmad Bhat urf Abu Umair Al Hizbi from Malangpora village said that “on Monday night Government Forces 55 Rashtriya Rifles of Indian Army cordoned off their house around 10:00 Pm to 02:00 Am ”
“They barged into our House and start thrashing our family members and demanded cell phones and identity cards from us. When we resisted, they unleashed a reign of terror and thrashed us without any mercy,” said the women folk.
The family members and locals from the village on Monday said That strict action should be taken againist this.The family members said that they fail to understand why their house was attacked; if One Boy from Our family is in Militancy the duty of security forces is to trace him, but why forces torching us. And his brother .
One of the family member said that; Forces removed the beard on face of the brother of militant. And “After taking our mobile phones, they asked us to report at army camp and take them back there,” said the family members.
