Forcing students & teachers to perform SuryaNamaskar is a blatant violation of the Constitution that warrants stringent action against the officials issuing such orders

The LG Shri Manoj Sinha should get this order of the education department withdrawn forthwith. This was stated by ANC Sr VP Mr Muzzafar Shah in a press statement issued in Srinagar today.

The ANC Sr VP further stated the LG administration should desist from such actions which will further create disturbances on communal lines & expressed his deepest anguish on the political onslaught of the communal agenda being pushed into Jammu & kashmir purely for vote bank politics, he said.

Kashmir has suffered enough & it is time that divisive politics be rejected throughout the country & It looks that the people at large have decided to put an end to the politics of hatred & communal frenzy, Mr Muzzafar Shah said.
