With profound grief it is conveyed that Ghulam Hassan Rather former PDD Commissioner and elder brother of Ab Rahim Rather (Ex MLA Kokernag), has passed away. His Nimaz E Jinazah will be held at Ibrahim Masjid Hyderpora Srinagar at 11.30 am. May Allah Allah grant him the highest place in Jannah. Ameen.
