Free Pannun FM Cricket Tournament Concluded  in South Kashmir

A Cricket Tournament organized by the ‘Panun FM Digital Media and Broadcasting Network ‘ in collaboration with ‘The Mashq’, at Check cricket ground Awantipora, concluded today amidst exhilarating cricket and enthusiastic crowds.
 
Giving the sportspersons a platform to showcase their talent, Radio station “Pannun FM” in collaboration with “TheMashq” ,  organising various Sports events in  South Kashmir said Umar Nisar
 
Lot of emerging stars like Mj Nasir, A Kash Kahur & Sahir Firdous attended the function as the performers there.
 
As per the official statement from management team , The main motive of the events is to develop skills among the youth enrolled in different games.
A total of 16 teams were participated in the said mega cricket tournament.
The final match of the tournament was played between Midoora Cricket Club and Puchul Eleven in which Puchal XI won by 25 runs.
 
Arshid Ahmad of team Puchul XI was declared as Man of the Match as well as Man of the Series on the occasion. Both the teams played spectacular cricket and showed true sportsman spirit.
 
The Chief Guest Sheikh Abdul Wahid from The Tribune operations head , and director  Pannun FM Umar Nisar gave away the prizes in the closing ceremony of the tournament.  Certificates and Trophies were presented to both the teams.
Sports uniforms were also presented to the winners up team. Apart from this, many more medals and trophies were  presented to the players and officials.
The tournament has been enthusiastically embraced by the people and has thrown up a lot of existing talent.
 
Meanwhile, Young Freelance Journalist Basharat Rashid , Photojournalist Younis Khaliq , Aasif Shafi and Videojournalist Malik Nissar were awarded with appreciation certificates and Trophies on the occasion for their brilliant performance in Media.
