Addressing the School Leader of the Year 2026 Summit & Awards in New Delhi, the summit brought together leading educators and school leaders from across the country to celebrate excellence, innovation and institutional leadership in K-12 education.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that a future-ready education system must prepare young minds for life beyond examinations, equipping them with critical thinking, digital literacy, adaptability and a strong sense of shared responsibility.

He underscored that meaningful transformation in education requires a collective effort by governments, educators, institutions and communities to nurture confident, capable and responsible citizens of the future.

The event honoured outstanding contributions of school leaders who have driven innovation and excellence in school education.
