Founded in 2021, the Gauri Kaul Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening healthcare delivery in Jammu and Kashmir, with a particular focus on cardiac care. Under the guidance of eminent cardiologist Prof. Upendra Kaul, the Foundation runs initiatives such as the “Healthy Heart” campaign, aimed at reducing the burden of heart disease and promoting preventive and community-based healthcare, especially in remote areas of the Union Territory.
With its regional presence in Srinagar and outreach across multiple districts, the Foundation has been actively organising medical camps, telemedicine services, and awareness programmes to improve access to quality healthcare.
