Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have sent his emotional farewell away, but Congress Interim President Sonia Gandhi wants to see Azad in the Rajya Sabha.
According to media reports in April Ghulam Nabi Azad Will return to the Rajya Sabha and till then Congress Has no intention of creating a new leader of opposition. It is believed that after Azad’s return to the Rajya Sabha, he will remain the Leader of the Opposition.
According to reports, earlier Azad arrived to meet Sonia Gandhi a day before his farewell ceremony on Monday, Azad’s Rajya Sabha had a discussion between the two leaders, when Azad asked to return to the House from Kashmir.
Sonia said that not from Kashmir but you will return from Kerala on 21 April. The term of three members from Kerala of the IUD is ending, including Abdul Wahab of IUML, KK Ragesh of CPM and Vayalar Ravi of Congress.
Party sources say that Sonia Gandhi wants to bring Ghulam Nabi Azad in place of Vayalar Ravi. ( PTK )
