The order reads that the Ld Advocate General shall look after the litigation work of departments earlier assigned to Hashim Hussain till further orders.

Meanwhile, Senior PDP leader and former Minister Peer Mohammad Hussain termed the disengagement of his son Hashim Hussain from his services as ‘revengeful act’.

Earlier PDP senior leader while talking to media had welcomed the sacking of ousted Finance Minister, Haseeb A Drabu and had stated that more such steps need to be taken to revive the PDP at grass roots.

A day after his statement, the Government disengaged his son, Hashim Hussain from his services as Additional Advocate General.

“The decision to disengage my son from his services was the fallout of the yesterday’s party meeting,” he said, terming the move as ‘revengeful act’.

“It seems there is scope or right to give feedback,” he added, terming the step as sheer injustice to him. “The step justify that the CM revolves many psycophants. I am unable to understand that why was my son disengaged from his services,” he said.
