Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday accorded sanction for re-designation of Atal Dulloo (IAS), Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department as Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Medical Education department. An order , a copy of which lies with news agency , in this regard has been issued by the government. ( GNS )
