Govt school student Basit Yousuf secures 453 marks

Basit Yousuf from Nesbal Sumba has come off with flying colors in the class 12th examination.

He is the only student from the Government Higher Secondary School Sumbal who has cross 450 mark in the examination.

Board of School Education today declared the class 12th result in which girls have outshine boys.

However, at Government Higher Secondary School Sumbal it is the male student who have secured first rank.

Basit Yousuf who hails from Nesbal Sumbal area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora district secured 453 marks out of 500.

“We are very proud of Basit. He has added prestige to our school and we are elated,” said the Principal of the school.

His father Muhammad Yousuf said that Basit is a bright student and he hopes he will achieve what he wishes in the future. (KNT)
