Indian constitutional scheme doesn’t empower the government of india to enforce upon the people of india any specific religious belief or religious tradition .Directions of the government regarding recitation of surayanamaskar or Makarov sanaskrithi are unconstitutional and Unlawful directions being violative of Art 14,19 21 and 25 of the constitution of India.
JKHCBA said thatno citizen is bound by this direction . the circular issued by director COLLEGES JK and directors of school education kashmir and jammu is bad in law and against public policy .
JKHCBA has lodged it’s protest against these majoritarian dictatorial directions and calls upon the govt.of india and local authorities to withdraw these directions forthwith and avoid enforcement of such acts which has inherent potential to to destabilize the public tranquility And hurt the religious beliefs of various religious communities in the society .
