A civilian was shot at and injured by unknown gunmen suspected to be militants in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday evening, officials said.
A police officer told that the civilian identified as Tajamul Mohi-ud-Din Rather was fired upon by militants near his home at Gotpora Budgam this evening.
