An unknown person who was hit by a vehicle in Nowgam Bypass area of Srinagar outskirts succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
A medico at SMHS Hospital told news agency that a police party from police station Nowgam brought an unknown male to the hospital who had sustained injuries in a road accident. Police have registered a case against the unknown driver who reportedly fled away from the spot after hitting the victim. (KNT)
