Srinagar, Oct 24: In a historic and strategically masterful achievement, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has clinched a significant victory in the Rajya Sabha elections from Jammu & Kashmir, with senior leader Sat Sharma Ji emerging victorious.
As per the statement issued here, the triumph bears the hallmark of Leader of Opposition, Sunil Sharma, widely hailed as the “Chanakya of J&K BJP” for his exceptional political acumen and flawless execution.
Owing to Sunil Sharma’s tireless efforts, deft coordination, and deep understanding of legislative arithmetic, the BJP candidate secured seven votes beyond the party’s own strength, even as three votes were rejected during counting.
