Hurriyat (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Saturday visited fire victims in Srinagar’s old city.

Taking to social networking website, Twitter, Mirwaiz appealed people to voluntarily help the affected families.

Eight residential houses were gutted down yesterday in a fire incident at Aali Kadal locality.

Mirwaiz also visited the residence of Abbas Ansari, whose son Masroor Abbas Ansari underwent liver transplant outside Kashmir.
