The Income Tax (I-T) Department is conducting a search and survey at 15 locations of Zee Entertainment. The searches are based on alleged tax evasion data submitted by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence to the I-T department.

“The officials from the tax department have visited the offices of the Company, with certain queries. The concerned officials of the Company are providing all the required information and extending complete co-operation,” a spokesperson for Zee Entertainment said.
An official of the tax department said they were searching Zee offices across Mumbai and Delhi, PTI reported. ( Indian Express )
