Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo on Wednesday said that re-opening of schools in Kashmir after a long gap of almost three years — is indeed a great moment of celebration and jubilation.”It is really heartwarming to see students going back to schools after such a long gap and being welcomed by teachers with much appreciation, love, happiness and care.”, he said.”Schools form an important part in providing formal education, ensuring safe and supportive learning environments for students — that is crucial for their social, moral, ethical and emotional development. They impart discipline among students and improve their life outcomes”, he said.
