Eighty five artists from eighteen states of India and artists from abroad have participated in an International online Art Exhibition dedicated to the Corona Warriors. The exhibition has been organized by Jammu & Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts (JKCCA), Jammu. Keeping in tune with the crisis of COVID- 19 Pandemic, an online International Art Exhibition was inaugurated online by Sh. Ramesh Arora, Former Member of Legislative Council, Jammu & Kashmir on 21st June, 2020.
The prominent artists of the country whose works are being put on show include V S Rahi, N D Jamwal, Gokel Dembi, T S Batra, Jang S. Verman, Prabhinder Lall, Dr. A K Dixit, O P Sharma and others.
In his message, Ramesh Arora appreciated JKCCA for organizing International Online Art Exhibition dedicated to the Corona Warriors. He said that It reflects the deep concern of artistic mind over the situation… The concept of paying homage to Corona Warriors is outcome of the basic inherited nature of an artist who has respect and love for one and all. By this way, the “Unknown Artist” is represented by a ‘known artist’.
According to O P Sharma, curator of the exhibition & Director JKCCA said that the normal life has been restricted due to corona virus spread all over the world. It was not possible to face the crisis directly but there is alternative for every obstacle. He said that the artists and other creative people have been busy in their creative processes while staying at homes due to lockdown throughout the world. The crisis has made people think of new and innovative ideas to sort out the things and new associations in relationships and behavior patterns are coming out. Working from home place is also becoming the need of the hour. It’s rightly said that we will have to live with the crisis for a period.

The Exhibition has been conceived & curated by O P Sharma, Eminent Artist & Director Jammu & Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts, Jammu who is founder director of the centre and has been working for the last 20 years in the field of Art and Culture.
