With its long established habitude, it’s now a custom in India to blame Pakistan. Since the demarcation of new boundaries, the accuser and accused have been playing with the sentiments of the victims but the resistance offered by the victim had vilified both the accuser as well as the accused. Imitating New Delhi, custodian of law for state of J&K had been at forefront. Hitherto, in an accidental error, the custodian of law for state imitates its accepted apex body. Blaming assassination of senior journalist on LeT and postulates made are not making any sense. While concealing the truth and to avoid the wrath of general public, J&K Police is making a false accusation by blaming trans-border organization of hatching a conspiracy to kill Shujaat Bukhari. It is a well knit policy to deviate attention from real issue to an abstract idea. After months of formal probe, J&K Police wrapped up brad chopping case unsolved, why? Because, they were quite aware about the delicacy of the issue and they waited till it spontaneously faded away from the minds of people. They call it lack of evidence but people call it steadfastness to evil. Custodian of law for state J&K were unable to trace brad choppers but in Bukhari’s killing taking aid of lame evidences they accuse those who condemned the killing much earlier. They should consider and reconsider what they are trying to avoid because one day the qualm of shame will give you sleepless nights.
If your hands chained and you’re not able to resist cruel waves of evil, at least, you shouldn’t shield evil. Accept it, the hate mongering speeches and agencies working underneath and a dream of fictive greater India have created a skeptical atmosphere in India where radical Hindus fall prey to hearsay much easily. The politicians are in a strong position to rule hearts and minds of superstitious Indians who’ve been hold fast. Such an atmosphere had been created, if a boy fails in his board exams in a metro-Politian city of India, his parents are indirectly acknowledged to believe it is a conspiracy by Pakistan. Why conspiracy and conspirator is always Pakistani? Because, it is the hate that grew in hearts of those radical Hindus who have dreamt of a greater India—a separate land for Hindus. Emergence of Pakistan was not less than a miracle and this miracle obstructed this dream and rendered it more fictive. Thus the stubborn hatred towards Muslims is rational in Hinduism that is why India without any hesitation rejected UN report on human rights violation and felt much reluctant on being at top on female rights volition. In these days of insecurity when not only Muslims but liberal Hindus have also been subjected to tribulations, truth had become causality and truthfulness is considered “anti-nationalism.”
Though, India calls J&K its integral part, it is also truth, Kashmiris feel more insecure in India than any other country. The impuissance of J&K Police had caused more harm to our community than the helplessness of state government before New Delhi. If J&K Police accepts spreading hate crimes, malicious speeches and intimidating content against Kashmiri journalist on social media a valid proof for Bukhari’s assassination; then they should also first execute BJP leader Lal Singh, who openly threatened Kashmiri journalist. Then it is enough proof for them, isn’t it? Have you ever had been honest in your conduct, the situation of the state has been different. From Shujat’s gruesome murder to police version of the case is a conspiracy and everybody is playing its role. Court is bound to award sentence after due consideration of witnesses and evidences. Court has nothing to do with subsurface conspiracies. The fear that evacuated from the hearts of law breakers and entered into the hearts of custodian of law gave courage to them, so they engineered a conspiracy to kill Bukhari in bright day light in the heart of the city (A person who always advocated peace, love and peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue).
Police shouldn’t escape from its duty and put blames on Pakistan only. They should repeatedly revise the most gruesome chapter of the BJP’s history i.e. “Kathua-Rape” case. The custodian of law for state should consider the unity among Hindus against the Muslims, how they united to save Hindu criminals in that heart wrenching tragedy. The moxie of Hinduvta groups had downtrodden the dignity of law and still you believe in absurdities. Everything is legal in their philosophy—murder, rape, loot, etc—to realize their dream of Greater Hindustan. After three years PDP-BJP forged bond, PDP is “Na Ghar Ka Na Ghat Ka” (use and throw). Clock is doing what it is invented to do. From Dr. Drabu to fall of Mehbooba, it took no time.
