SRINAGAR 5 Jun : The Government of Jammu and Kashmir’s Finance Department has ordered the assignment of additional charge to several officers across departments with immediate effect, citing administrative requirements.

As per Government Order No. 205-F of 2026 issued on June 4, the arrangements will remain in force until further orders or until the return of the incumbent officer, wherever applicable.

According to the order, Nagesh Jamwal, FA/CAO, Cluster University Jammu, has been assigned the additional charge of Chief Accounts Officer, Directorate of Social Welfare Jammu, in addition to his own duties, until the return of the incumbent officer from leave.

Mohd Ashraf Ahanger, CAO, District Fund Office Kupwara, will hold the additional charge of CP and AO, DUDA Kupwara, alongside his existing responsibilities until further orders.

Gulzar Ahmad, ATO, District Treasury Anantnag, has been given additional charge as Treasury Officer, Pahalgam.

Mohammad Yousuf Najar, AO, District Fund Office Kulgam, will function as Accounts Officer, Verinag Tourism Development Authority, in addition to his own duties.

Mudasir Zaman Drabu, AO, JKPCL Kashmir, has been assigned additional charge of Accounts Officer, JK Forest Development Corporation.

Abdul Rashid Malik, AO, SSP Office Baramulla, will hold the additional charge of Pay and Accounts Officer, DUDA Baramulla.
