SRINAGAR 09 Jun : The Jammu and Kashmir Government has assigned additional responsibilities to two senior engineers in the Public Works (R and B) Department to ensure the smooth functioning of departmental works, according to an official order.
As per Government Order No. 196-PW (R and B) of 2026 dated June 8, Er Arit Gupta, Superintending Engineer, R and B Circle South Jammu, has been given the additional charge of Superintending Engineer, R and B Circle Samba-Kathua, in addition to his existing duties. The arrangement will remain in force until further orders.
The order also states that Er Yashpal Bhagat, Executive Engineer, PW (R and B) Division Gandoh, has been assigned the additional charge of Executive Engineer, PMGSY Division Thatri, alongside his present responsibilities, until further orders.
