While talking to the State President of Union Ab Gani Malik said, “We have faced hardships but we never did stop or quit from doing our duties, however, the department instead encouraging us for doing our duties without wages, has tried to make every sort of deduction in the privileges we were granted by concerned authorities”.

He lamented that for instance the order No, Vide Notification Number:- Edu-1/227/2009 dated 28-08-2011 under SRO 308 of 2008 , the 50% quota was reserved for regularization of CPW’s among all available class 4th posts in education department and those remaining in wait for regularization till availability of posts (qualified CPW’s) and those who were not eligible for regularization (un-qualified CPW’s) all were suppose to take minimum wages with effect from 01-01-2011 .

“But the very unfortunately ,the unkind , coldblooded , cold-hearted and inhumane authorities have deliberately kept us deprived of our genuine rights and till date the wages has not been given to us , moreover, the genuine posts of our 50% quota have been diverted” he rued.

They delegation in one voice said that the continuation of struggle for justice , they were compelled to hit the protests and last time on the assurance and promise of Director School Education Kashmir for implementation of minimum wages and other privileges before end of March 2021.

“we are just waiting for the word till end of the Feb 2021 and if the words fail to end of the Feb 2021, we shall be compelled to register the strong protests throughout the UT of J&K with complete strike from 15th day of March 2021 which may give rise to any grave consequences at the risk and the responsibility of the government” they threatened.
