Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Dr Parvaiz Ahmad Koul as Director SKIMS.

Hailed by World Health Organization (WHO), for best research work in the field of medicine, dr Pervez Koul emerged as dark horse to head prestigious SKIMS.
Dr Koul had been listed as the leading researcher in bibliographic citations as one of the top 2% researchers of the globe along with Dr MS Khuroo.
