Srinagar, May 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday sanctioned one-day Special Casual Leave for employees of the Union Territory on account of Eid-ul-Azha observance.

According to Government Order No. 1012-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated May 25 the Special Casual Leave has been granted for May 29, 2026 (Friday), in favour of employees who wish to avail the leave for observance of Eid-ul-Azha.

The order further stated that the leave shall be applicable to employees of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir desirous of availing the same on the religious occasion.
