J&K Home Department on Monday ordered transfers and postings in order to smooth functioning of affairs.

According to Order dated 09.06.2020 under F. No. 15030/38/2020-J&K, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India, consequent Government Order No. 137-JK (Home) of 2020 dated 29.06.2020 reads, “It is hereby ordered that Mr. Bhim Sen Tuti, IPS (JK:2004), DIG, JKS Range and Mr. Rajiv Omprakash Pande, IPS (JK:2010), SP Udhampur, under orders of transfer from UT of J&K to UT of Ladakh, in terms of the order under reference, shall be deemed to have been relieved with immediate effect, with further directions to report at their new places of postings, forthwith”.

“Consequent upon the above, Mr. Vivek Gupta, IPS (JK:2007), I/C DIG, Rajouri-Poonch Range shall hold the charge of the post of DIG, JSK Range, in addition to his own duties, till further orders”, order reads.

It also reads, “Ms. Sargun, IPS (JK:2012), Superintendent of Police, Leh, under orders of transfer from UT Ladakh to UT of J&K, is posted as Superintendent of Police, Udhampur.
