J&K players shine at the National Sarit Sarak Championship at Delhi.

First national sarit sarak championship 2024(indigenous martial art) for all age groups sub junior /junior/senior boys and girls which was held from 17 to 19 of may 2024 held at hindu Mahasabha Auditorium Hall mandir Marg sec d gole market new delhi,  organized by sohan giri, vice president of sarit sarak federation of india. Shri bhakt kumar ji national president of sarit sarak federation of india,
On the occasion,
Bhakt Kumar speaking that Sarit Sarak an Indian manipur indigenous martial arts is introduced as sports martial arts as well as culture of Indian sports across all parts of the country and overseas.

In this championship, J&K athletes won many medals for the first time and following are the medal winners at this mega event .
Sub junior boys
1.Mozin bashir=  _45kg=Bronze   style 1

Junior boys
1.Irfan Javid     =     -60kg=   bronze    style 1

2.Tasawor tariq  =   -60kg = bronze     style 1

3.Inaam nazir   =   -65kg =gold        style 1

4.Aqib Ashraf  =   -45kg  bronze    style 1

Senior boys
1.Khalid Ahmad =  -60kg  bronze    style  1

2.Ghulam nabi kumar  =  -65kg   gold      style 1

3.Musadiq bashir  =   -55kg bronze      style 1

4.Tajamul Ahmad Naik =  -70kg    bronze    style 2

5.Muntazir Ahmad beigh =  -60kg   silver   style 2

Sub junior girls
1.Aqsa Mushtaq =   -40kg  bronze   style 1

Junior girls
1.Tabinda Hilal =  -45kg  gold style 1
2.Hafsa Mehraj =  -55kg   gold     style 2
3.Nida Altaf  =  -60kg  silver style 1

Senior girls
1.Tanzeela Javid = -55kg  silver   style 1

2Muskan manzoor =  -60kg  silver   style 1

Manzoor Ahmad wani, Secretary , J&K Sarit Sarak Association appreciated all medalist players participating in Ist sarit sarak national championship.
