J&K reports 56 fresh Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours

Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday reported 56 fresh COVID positive cases, taking the number of infected persons to 481120, however, no fatality reported due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said.

Of the new cases, 19 were from the Jammu division and 37 from the Kashmir division of the union territory, Officials said.

There are 639 active cases in the union territory, 274 in Jammu division and 365 in Kashmir division while the number of recoveries so far has been 475692, officials said.

 Moreover, 140 Covid-19 patients recovered during the time, 90 from Jammu Division and 50 from Kashmir, they said.
