J&K Students Association here on today condemned the assault on Association Spokesperson Nasir Khuehami by J&K Police Cops without any Rhyme and reason. In a Statement President of Association Mushtaq Ahmad terming it an Unfortunate and heinous act. Mushtaq said that, We demand that the J&K police must take immediate action against its Cops who are vitiating the atmosphere.
He said that people are enough mature to judge and knows this lockdown is for our benefit. This is a nonsense attitude despite cooperating with them, they assaulted him. He went outside to get medicine for his mother not for any fun, Mushtaq said. He added that People go outside this time only when it comes to emergency same was with Association Spokesperson that too tiring with mask. Is this how they are gonna treat us now? Mushtaq asked.
Mushtaq said that, Assaulting Association Spokesperson without any rhyme and reason is strongly condemnable act. We condemn it in harshest words.This is totally horrible, he said. We demand that, an inquiry should be set up to investigate into the incident, he added Further. He urged the LG GC Murmu and SSP Bandipora Rahul Malik to initiate action against those who attacked Students Body Spokesperson for no reason.
