JKBOSE : Important Notification Regarding Submission Of Registration Return Forms

Notification regarding submission of Registration Return forms of D.El.Ed for the Session 2019-21

It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned Affiliated Non-Government D.El.Ed Institutions of Jammu Province, that the following dates have been fixed for the submission of Registration Return Forms along with statement pertaining to First Year D.EL.ED candidates Session 2019-2021, in the D.EL.ED (Academic) Section, J&K Board Rehari Colony, Jammu Submission of R.R Forms along with 14-10-2020 Statement Pertaining to 1* Year To D.EL.ED Course 28-10-2020

Instructions:

1. Registration Return of any candidate will not be entertained after 28-10-2020.

2. The Head of the Affiliated Institution shall submit the Registration Return form
along with its enrolment without any cutting, mutilation or erasing in the R.R
Section J.D after verifying the required particulars of the candidates viz. Name,
Parentage and D.O.B from the concerned D.ELEd Section, which should be strictly in accordance to the entries recorded in the Admission records of each student. The forms, enrolments with cutting or erasing shall not be
entertained.

3. The Head of the Affiliated Institution is required to affix the latest digital coloured passport sized photograph in the Registration Return form and
enrolment against the corresponding particulars of each candidate. However the institution concerned shall prepare the enrolment for Registration in duplicate and retain one copy for reference of the Institution.
4. The Head of the Affillated Non-Govt. Institution shall have to furnish an undertaking that the Enrolment furnished for Registration of candidates is genuine and nothing has been concealed or put in fabricated manner. The Institution shall bear the consequences and the admission of the candidate shall be liable for cancellation in case of any such report, at any stage of time.

5. The Head of the Affiliated D.EI.Ed institutions are instructed to submit the Enrolment statement along with the forwarding letter through their
authorized representative. The letter must indicate the subject-wise no. of candidates enrolled.

Note:

1. In case the last date falls on Holiday, the next working day shall be
considered as last date.
2. The R.R Fee of the candidates has already been deposited in the BoSE chest by the candidates at the time of counselling. 3. Only those institutions who are affiliated with JKBoSE for the session
2019- 2021 are eligible for submission of their R.R Forms along with other required formalities notified above.
