Jammu and Kashmir Innovative Foundation For Transforming Society(JKIFTS) has expressed grief over the demise of front line Covid-19 warrior, Dr Mohammed Ashraf Mir.
 
In a press release today Chairman cum Director JKIFTS Dr. Tasaduk Hussain Itoo said “We are deeply saddened to hear about the demise of Dr Mohammad Ashraf Mir, a front line Covid-19 warrior, who contracted infection and lost battle against Covid-19 in SKIMS today. In this hour of grief we the entire membership of JKIFTS, extend our heartfelt condolences with the family of the deceased soul. May Almighty Allah bless the departed noble soul highest places in Jannah and give courage to his family in bearing this irreparable loss…Aameen”
 
He said that all front line warriors who lost their battle fighting Covid-19 in service to humanity deserve highest tributes and honor.
 
“We must acknowledge the efforts, courage and bravery of healthcare professionals, who are working on the frontline in fighting the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic”, he added.
 
He said that people should behave responsibly and adhere to all medical guidelines strictly to ensure their safety and safety of their community.
