JKLF chief Yasin Malik shifted to Central Jail Srinagar

Jammu and Kashmir Liberation front (JKLF) chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik along with two other front leaders on Monday were shifted to Central Jail Srinagar from Kothi Bagh police station, front spokesperson said.

Earlier, Yasin Malik was detained by police in Srinagar’s Lal Chowk area while trying to take out a march against the Shopian killings.

Besides Yasin Malik, Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri and Ghulam Mohammad Dar were also shifted to the jail, the spokesperson added.
