The Working Committee of JKNPP held an urgent meetings at Srinagar, Jammu and Ladakh demanding reholding of Delimitation Commission with the representatives of all recognized political parties in J&K including JKNPP, National Conference and PDP so that the genuine blunders in the Report shall be cured by the representatives of recognized political parties in J&K and Ladakh.

Prof.Bhim Singh, President of J&K National Panthers Party and several senior leaders of recognized political parties in J&K must be consulted and their opinions recorded about the credibility of the Report which has been a dangerous mode to carry forward Owen Dixon Plan of 1951. The plan was rejected by all national and state political parties in 1951.  This was one of the reasons that Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah, the then Prime Minister of J&K was dismissed by the then Prime Prime Minister of India, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru in 1953.

Some of the Central political parties also made several blunders later. Sheikh Mohd. Abdullah had to loose his job in 1953 and spent more than 20 years in different jails from Kashmir to Kanyakumari (Tamilnadu).

The Panthers Party leadership made a strong appeal to all the national and state political parties to go into the depth of the J&K problem, which was better understood by the Congress leadership than those who managed to sweep Centre power in Delhi after the Congress rule.

Prof.Bhim Singh hoped that the present Panthers Party leadership in State and the Centre levels shall hold an urgent national meeting inviting all secular, nationalistic and progressive political parties from all over the country so that a reasonable time may be devoted to find acceptable resolution of the problem being faced by the residents of J&K and Ladakh.

The Panthers Party urged the President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind to dissolve the present Delimitation Commission by using his sovereign power to save peace in J&K and the security of the State integrity of J&K which was founded by Maharaja Gulab Singh in 1846 is the only way out to save India’s unity and integrity.
