Srinagar, Dec 20 : Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party’s newly constituted parliamentary Board today held its first meeting at party headquarters in Srinagar under the newly appointed chairman & former Deputy Speaker Mohammad Sartaj Madni.
The members of the committee which included senior Leader & party vice president Ab Rehman Veeri, Ab Hamid Chaudhary and general secretaries Gh Nabi Lone and Amreek Singh Reen held a detailed discussion.
The Parliamentary Board has been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the upcoming parliamentary elections , managing campaigns, and handling various aspects of election management discussed including performance.
The board also decided to hold district wise meetings of north , central and south Kashmir in coming days to oversee the preparations about the commemoration of party patron’s death anniversary on 7th January.
