JKPM takes strong protest against the issuance of Domicile to Outsiders and loot of natural resources of J&K

Srinagar, 28th, June: In a press statement he said the issuence of Domicile certificates in J&K to outsiders (non residents) is illegal, Unconstitutional, immortal, undemocratic, RSS agenda to destroy the J&K. Umer Rather the JKPM Provincial Secretary while speaking to media said, it is unfortunate when we are facing COVID 19 crisis threat from China and Nepal.
The Govt is busy in providing Domicile certificate to non residents more than 25000 non residents have been issued Domicile certificate which is illegal, unconstitutional and RSS plan to destroy the Muslim majority population of J&K.
Umer Rather said since abrogation of of Art 370 and downgrading of State in to two UTs is subjudice in Supreme Court case titled Shah Faesal and others Vs Union of India.
He said in this crisis period the issuence of Domicile is Contempt of Court. Umer Rather demands immediate cancellation of all these certificates.
Umer Rather said outsiders have been alloted the contracts in Govt Departments and locals are ignored.
Umer said this is cheating with people of Jammu and Kashmir by BJP.
