Kashmir is not a part of India, but a separate country, according to a question paper framed by the Bihar education department.
A class VII question paper prepared by the Bihar State Board for all government schools asked the students to name what the people of five countries — China, Nepal, England, Kashmir, and India —are called, reported The Times of India.
The examination, which commenced on October 5, will end today.
According to the report, the incident came to fore when a class VII student pointed it out to the teachers.
The education officer Sangeeta Sinha, according to the report, has claimed that she was on leave during that time and had no knowledge about the question paper.
