Expressing deep sorrow and shock over the sudden death, President DAK Dr Nisar ul Hassan conveyed heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the members of bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.

Calling the death as an irreparable loss, Dr Nisar said the medical fraternity has lost gem of a man in the demise of Dr Wani.

He was kind, compassionate, empathetic and caring towards his patients.

He graduated from SKIMS Medical College Bemina and underwent postgraduation in the department of pediatrics and was working as a Senior Resident at SKIMS hospital Soura.

Hailing from Nadigam Shopian, Dr Wani was a real gentle man. He was a noble soul and always stood a helping hand to the needy and poor. He will be remembered and missed by all of us.
