Kashmiri sisters shine in Int’l Wushu Championship in Georgia

Srinagar August 9 : Ayeera Chisti and Ansa Chisti, twin sisters from Srinagar, shine in international Wushu Championship in Georgia.
They have  won laurels for their achievements in their teenage years. They are 15 times National Medalist and this time both the sisters got biggest achievement in international wushu championship at Georgia  they both defeated Armenia and Georgia in Semi finals  in category of 56 kg after winning the semi finals they face with each other’s in finals.
They both played outstanding but at the end  Ayeera won the finals with 3 points of margin.
Since 2016, the duo have been training in Kashmir under the guidance of their coach Asiff Hussain.
He is happy to see their performance in international event.
” its really a proud moment for me and their parents. After this event we have to be more focused and constant  on training so that we will get more medals for country now  our next target is to achieve medals in World championships and Asians,” he said.
